Every Spirit Strand piece is made to order after the order is placed. Finished bracelets and custom designs are final sale.

When we will put it right

Email support@spiritstrand.com if we made it wrong, sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Natural stone variation

Crystals are natural materials. Differences in colour, veining and inclusions are normal, are not defects, and are not grounds for a return.

Resize

If you need a different wrist size, contact us. We will quote a resizing only where it is possible.
