3. Products and custom designs

Certain products are available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your display will show them exactly as they appear in person. Natural crystals vary in colour, pattern and inclusions; such variation is a characteristic of the material and not a defect.

Custom bracelets are produced to the specification you submit through our Customizer, including the stones you select and the wrist size you choose. Please review your design carefully before checkout — once production has started, a custom design cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.

5. Modifications to the service and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice.

6. Billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk. If you submit a design to our Community, or send us comments, suggestions or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You agree that your submissions will not violate any right of any third party, and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Liuzhou, Guangxi.
